Return Policy

We want you to be happy and blessed! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return it for a full refund or exchange it for another product. You can return or exchange your order for up to 30 days from the invoice date. Returned or exchanged items must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Before returning any item, please contact us (as described below) to request a return authorization.

Defective Hardgoods: Upon receipt of your order, if you discover any problem with a DVD Series, Hardcover Book, Paperback Book, or Study Guide – please contact us (as described below) immediately. We'll make arrangements to get a replacement shipped out to you right away, and we'll cover the shipping.

Misordered Softgoods: “Whoops, I ordered the wrong digital format!” We understand, not to worry. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong digital download item, please contact us (as described below) and let us know what the correct digital item or format is that you intended to order. We'll send you a new link as soon as possible so you can download your replacement item.

Domestic Shipments

UPS or USPS are the available methods for shipments within the United States. Estimated delivery times:

  • UPS Next Day Air – next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver – next business day delivery by end of day.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air – delivery by the end of the second business day.
  • UPS 3 Day Select – delivery by the end of the third business day.
  • UPS Ground – delivery typically in one to five days (depends on your zone in relation to origin zip code 78216, please visit www.ups.com for details)
  • NOTE: some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
  • USPS First Class Mail – delivery in two to three days.
  • USPS Media Mail – delivery in two to eight days.
  • USPS Parcel Post – delivery in two to eight days.
  • USPS Priority Mail – delivery in two to three days.
  • NOTE: delivery sevice to destinations outside the contiguous United States may be affected by the limited availability of transportation.

International Shipments

USPS is the available method for shipments outside the United States. Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS Priority Mail International – delivery in six to ten business days.
  • USPS First Class Mail International – varies by destination (please visit www.usps.com for details).
